INTENSE NATIONALISM NEED OF THE HOUR—BHARAT BHUSHAN PANDEY

Ara (RNI) On the 104th birth anniversary7 of Bharatiya Jan Sangh’s founding secretary, former national president and former MP, Prof Balraj Madhok, a programme was organized at Friend’s Colony office of All India Jan Sangh under presidentship of National President, All India Jan Sangh, Acharya Bharat Bhushan Pandey. Floral tributes were paid to Prof Balraj Madhok and his followers garlanded his portrait. Garlands were also offered to Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya. Akhileshwar Nath Tiwari welcomed the distinguished guests, Kumar Saurabh conducted the meeting and Satyendra Narayan Singh extended vote of thanks.

Speaking on the occasion, Acharya Bharat Bhushan Pandey said that Prof Balraj Madhok was a prominent man of Indian politics who set a high standard of patriotism through his schorship, speech, writing and dedication. He was famous as a great thinker, skilled- organizer, effective speaker, nationalist-realist parliamentarian, public leader, writer and ideal teacher. After the mysterious demise of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee in Srinagar jail, the pair of Deen Dayal Upadhyaya and Balraj Madhok not only took over the Jan Sangh but also made it stand firmly in front of the Congress-Communist alliance. Today, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is enjoying the sweet fruits of dedication along with the allies. The Jan Sangh present said that both the leader rejected the facilities of power and protected their principles with all their might. He said that today’s directionless politicians are busy enjoying power by dividing the Hindu society into castes and groups. They have no sense of history nor of the present. At some places a campaign is being run to destroy Sanatan Dharma and at some places the Hindu. At some places taxes are being imposed on temples and at other places, temples are being destroyed. Those who make the game of anti-national elements easier by pitting their own people against each other in the name of forward and backward are enhancing the glory of the parliament and Legislatures and the honest, principles people who would die for the country have been pushed to the margins.

Acharya Bharat Bhushan Pandey said that his struggle will have to be done and the day will have to be brought when merit will be the first criteria in politics and caste-family basis will be secondary.

In democracy, merit should be the main thing and not money power, muscle power and caste power. Inspired by the ideals of Prof. Balraj Madhok, Jan Sangh is determined to propagate the strong nationalist idea of Rashtra Pratham, protect democracy and purify politics. He called for a campaign to overthrow the chaotic rule of Mamata Banerjee in West Bengal saying that in the land of West Bengal where Kali Puja is practices, the goons are insulting and harassing the mother power and outraging their modesty, the life of Hindus has become hell and the Mamata government is nurturing the goons. The land of Bengal which gave the mantra of Vande Matram and produced many patriotic great men like Ram Krishna Paramhansa, Swavi Vivekanand, Maharishi Aurobindo, Kavindra Ravindra Nath Tagore, Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, the abundance of anti-national elements there is surprising.

Prominent leaders like Jai Prakash Tiwari, Madheshwar Nath Pandey, Vishwanath Dubey, Dhruv Kumar Singh, Virendra Prasad Srivastava Ravi, Surendra Kumar Mishra, Siyaram Dubey, Umesh Singh Kushwaha, Mahendra Pandey, Narmadehswar Upadhyaya, Dr. Satya Narayan Upadhyaya and other were also present on the occasion.
