National President, All India Jan Sangh Acharya Dr. Bharat Bhushan Pandey presided over the meeting while Madheshwar Nath Pandey conducted the meeting and Shiv Das Singh extended vote of thanks.

National President, All India Jansagh, Acharya Bharat Bushan Pandey, speaking on the occasion, said that Hindi is representative of all Indian languages and an echo of the Indian public. He said that Hindi was not only the inspiration and vehicle of the freedom struggle but also the anthem and liberation anthem of the fighters. He added that in the Constituent Assembly, a provision was made to make Hindi the official language along with the national language but today Hindi has also become a victim of evil politics and they have to struggle to get its rightful place in an independent country. He added that from Vidyapatu, Nabhadas, Surdaas, Kabirdas, Raidas, Goswami Tulsidaas, Mirabai etc. to Mallik Mohammad Jayasi, Abdul Rahim Khan-e-Khana, Raskhan, Bihari and in the modern era, Bhartendu Harishchandra, Ram Dhari Singh Dinkar and others contributed a lot in the promotion of Hindi. Remembering the invaluable service rendered by Mahavir Prasad Dwiwedi, Sumitra Nandan Pant, Jai Shankar Prasad, Suryakant Tripathi Nirala and Prabhruti and all the Hindi saviours to the country and world humanity and stressed on maximum use of Hindi.

Acharya Pandey said that all the Hindi servants of the country and the world have contributed towards the humanity of country and the world and remembered the invaluable service rendered and emphasized on maximum use of Hindi. He added that Jan Sangh had insisted for Hindi from the beginning and Acharya Dr. Raghuveer inside the Constituent Assembly and Prof. Balraj Madhok outside had played an important role in making it the national language.

Satyendra Narayan Singh said that by increasing the use of Hindi in administration, judiciary, banks, railways etc. important achievements can be achieved in the direction of linguistic freedom. He added that many judges in the High Courts have set records by giving judgments in Hindi and many advocates have set records by arguing in Hindi.

Akhileshwar Nath Tiwari, Siyaram Dubey, Narmdeshwar Upadhayaya, Vishwanath Dubey, Surendra Kumar Mishra, Kumar Saurabh, Jai Prakash Tiwari, Dhurv Kumar Singh, Krishnakant Dubey, Virendra Prasad Srivastava Ravi, Shiv Ji Singh, Amarnth Tiwari, Mahendra Pandey and many other prominent persons were present on the occasion.
