Today, for the new generation, Hindi is a means of understanding India and national identity. Prof. Baliraj Thakur, Bhojpur district president, Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, presided over the meeting. The Hindi Diwas function was organized at Bam Bam Palace.

Speaking on the occasion he said that the knowledge of this language brings all the goodness of humanity. The progress of mankind is certain through its advancement. Prof. Nand Jee Dubey welcomed the distinguished train while Rakesh Tiwari conducted the meeting and Rang Ji Singh extended vote of thanks.

Chief Guest, Dr. Durg Vijay Singh, former VC, J P University, Chhapara said that it is a matter of pride for us to see the glory of Hindi on the world stage. It is also a matter of happiness that today our country is making Hindi stand on the world stage and also has taken the responsibility to answer it.

Acharya (Dr.) Bharat Bhushan Pandey said that even today the slavery of English dominates us. Poet critic Jitendra Kumar said that Banarasi Prasad Bhojpuri was a serious literary writer whose works are still waiting for evaluation.

Dr. Ayodhya Prasad Upadhayaya discussed the contribution of Bhartendu Harishchandra in detail. Prof. Diwakar Pandey, HOD, Department of Bhojpuri, Veer Kuer Singh University threw light on the problems of official language and national language in detail and also talked about taking necessary steps to solve them. .

Shivdas Singh and Shashikant Tiwari stressed on increasing the membership of the conference. Among those who recited poetry in the second session were Madhu Mishra, Janardan Mishra, Jagat Nandan Sahay, Dr. Kiran Kumari, Arvind Singh, Dr. Vishwanath Chaudhary, Dr. Renu Mishra, Sri Sharad Ji, Ram Vinay Pandey and Dr. Ayodhya Prasad Upadhayaya and Narmdeshwar Upadhayaya enthralled the listeners with the poems.
