Governments are not serious about AIIMS in Darbhanga: Pathak
Darbhanga .(RNI) Arvind Pathak, a well-known social worker and a carrier of many mass movements, said today that the central and state governments are not serious about the construction of AIIMS in Darbhanga and want to use it only at the time of elections. Otherwise AIIMS would never have been built.
Mr. Pathak said this during an interview. He said that just before the general elections, what is the justification for such a controversy regarding Darbhanga AIIMS? BJP and JDU have been together for a long time. They had the will power , been there then the land issue would have been resolved by no time.
Mr. Pathak said that it is unfortunate that whatever the people of Mithila got, it was only after a long struggle. Whether it is the Darbhanga-Samastipur big rail line or the issue of constitutional status to Maithili.
In response to a question, Mr. Pathak said that it is natural that the elected representatives of Mithila will feel pain in their hearts due to delay or non-construction of AIIMS, and they are also trying their best for this, but top people have to resolve it. LS.
