Fire broke out in Gaju village of Kachhauna due to unknown reasons, household goods worth lakhs reduced to ashes

Kachhuna Hardoi (RNI) Fire broke out in village Gaju under Kotwali Kachhuna area due to unknown reasons. Due to strong winds, the fire that started from one house engulfed 6 houses. The villagers controlled the fire after a lot of hard work. The revenue team that arrived on information was engaged in assessing the damage.

Let us tell you that in the afternoon, a fire suddenly broke out in Balakram's house in Fattepur village of Gram Panchayat Gaju. In a few minutes, the fire engulfed the entire house. During this time, the pieces of burning straw fell on the nearby houses with the wind and thatched houses on 6 concrete houses started burning simultaneously. The fierce fire caused panic in the entire village. Women and children started crying. On the information of the villagers, Kotwali in-charge Chhotelal arrived with the team and started trying to extinguish the fire with the villagers. During this, the villagers worked hard and controlled the fire by cutting the pipe installed under the Jal Mission. But by then the houses of villagers Balakram son Tula, Prema wife Premlal, Lakhanlal son Dina, Chandkishore son Changa, Ramkumar son Changa, Tilku son Jhingar, along with household goods were burnt. Villagers said that the fire has caused a loss of more than Rs 3 lakh. Revenue Inspector Mukesh Kumar Singh, who arrived on the information of the fire, has assessed the damage and sent the report.
