ARA----------------------------Some unidentified armed miscreants shot at and injured a youth at Ekwari village under Sahar police station in the late evening and escaped from the scene. The injured was admitted to the Ara Sadar Hospital. The injured was identified as Biteshwar Singh 40 son of Sumeshwar Singh of Ekwari village under Sahar police station. Personal enmity is said to be cause behind the incident.
Some armed miscreants shot at and injured Biteshwar Singh near Budhia Mai temple in the late evening and escaped from the scene. The family members admitted him to the Ara Sadar Hospital.
Villagers said that two groups had some tiff over a trivial issue in the afternoon and later goons of one groups shot at and injured Biteshwar Singh.
SHO Sahar police station Shivendra Kumar rushed to the spot and started investigating the matter. He said that Bateshwar Singh and Liliya Singh are friends. Biteshwar Singh was warming hands with the bamboos used to surround the field of Liliya Singh that caused a tiff in between them though wife of the injured told that money transaction was the main cause behind the incident. The SHO said that the police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest Liliya Singh.
