FORMER BEO RECEIVED BULLET INJURIES, INJURED
-A retired BEO received bullet injury at Anand Nagar locality under Ara town police station in the evening on May 5, 2023 when he had gone there to interfere.
Ara, 6 May 2023, (RNI): A retired BEO received bullet injury at Anand Nagar locality under Ara town police station in the evening on May 5, 2023 when he had gone there to interfere. The injured was identified as Arun Prakash son of late Sitaram Sharma of Bhori village under Tekari police station in Gaya district in Bihar. The injured was admitted to the Ara Sadar Hospital.
Bhojpur SP Pramod Kumar Yadav said that three boys including Chandra Bhanu Prakash clashed at Anand Nagar locality under Ara town police station and when the retired BEO Arun Prakash father of Chandra Bhanu Prakash went there to interfere, two boys abused and also fired at Arun Prakash and he received a bullet injury and was injured. Police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest them.
