Former MLC Sanjeev Shyam Singh through a motion calling attention to the government in the Bihar Legislative Council raised a matter of setting up online ‘jamaandi’ of one acre and 23 decimals of land under police station No 1032 of the village Dhandiha of Koelwar circle in Bhojpur district with the connivance of the Circle Officer, Koelwar and the employees even after possession of land by the Ajit Kumar Singh and having jamabandi in the Register No 2. The matter came to light after the Revenue and Land Reform Department sought inquiry report from the Bhojpur DM Raj Kumar on the question raised by the MLC. Bhojpur DM Raj Kumar handed over the inquiry to the DCLR and the ADM. The ADM Manoj Kumar Jha in his inquiry report found that the CO and the Date entry operator were hand in glove with the land mafias and they did the land fraud.
