A named FIR has been lodged with the police under Ara town police station against Sikandar Kushawaha when he had come to file nomination paper for the 32-Ara Parliamentary Constituency. The FIR was lodged for violation of model code of conduct.

ARA--------------------------Bhojpur district administration is very much alert in ensuring imposing of model code of conduct in letter and spirit. A named FIR has been lodged with the police under Ara town police station against Sikandar Kushawaha when he had come to file nomination paper for the 32-Ara Parliamentary Constituency. The FIR was lodged for violation of model code of conduct. Sikandar Kushawaha had come in the vehicle with banner. An elaborate security arrangement was made in view of around the Ara Collectorate and each and every person was frisked. Police were keeping close eye on the movement of people.
