FIR AGAINST FORMER CO AND PRESENT DATA ENTRY OPERATOR, BADAHARA

Ara, 22 March 2023, (RNI): At the instruction of Bhojpur DM, Badahara CO, Md Numan lodged a named FIR with the police under Badahara police station against the erstwhile CO and present Date Entry Operator, Badahara in connection with embezzlement of flood relief fund.

In the FIR, it was said that Jitendra Kumar Singh of Babura village of Badahara block filed complaint with the Bhojpur DM against the erstwhile CO Ram Bachan Ram and the present Data Entry Operator, Shamsher Bahadur Singh in connection with embezzlement of flood relief fund in the year 2021. On his complaint, the DM formed an inquiry committee to inquire into the complaint. The inquiry committee found large scale irregularities and submitted its report. On the findings of the inquiry committee, Bhojpur DM ordered lodging of a named FIR against them and initiation of legal action.
