FATHER OF FOUR OUTRAGED MODESTY OF MENTALLY UNSOUND MINOR GIRL

Ara, 27 May 2023, (RNI): In a bizarre incident, father of four children outraged modesty of a mentally retarded minor girl in a village under Ara Muffassil police station in Bhojpur district. The family members of the girl caught the rapist and handed him over to the police after thrashing him. A named FIR has been lodged with the police under Ara Muffassil police station and the police sent the rapist to jail.

SHO Ara Muffassil police station said that Aolila Nand Pandey and father of four children of a village under Ara Muffassil police station decoyed a mentally unsound minor girl and took her to a hut nearby where he outraged her modesty. Hearing her cry, the sister-in-law of the girl (bhabhi) rushed to the spot and saw that Aokila Nand Pandey was outraging the modesty of the girl. She raised alarm. Hearing this, the villagers assembled and caught the rapist. They also informed the police. Later they handed him over to police after thrashing him. The police brought the girl to the Ara Sadar Hospital for medical examination.
