FATHER OF ASP FELL FROM A TRAIN AND DIED

Ara, 3 July 2023, (RNI): An old person fell from a running train and died at Bihia railway station under Danapur rail Division of East Central Railway (ECR) Hajipur. Later the police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased was identified as Rakesh Kumar Sinha father of Manish Kumar Singh, ASP in STF, Bihar.

The younger son of the deceased Nitish Kumar Sinha said that he is the Planning Officer at Jehanabad and lived at Danapur along with family members and parents. He said that his father Rakesh Kumar Sinha was going to his native village Sahjauli by a passenger train in the evening on July 2, 2023 and he had to get off at the Banahi railway station but he got off at the Bihia railway station by mistake. Meanwhile he realized his fault and tried to board the train but till the train had started and he fell from the train at the Platform No 2 at Bihia railway station and died on spot. The locals informed them and after getting information, all the family members rushed to the spot.
