FATHER AND SON KILLED AT ARA IN BHOJPUR DISTRICT

Ara, 16 June 2023, (RNI): Two persons were killed when a speeding vehicle collided head-on with a motorcycle near Chandawa Mor under Nawada police station today. Police recovered the bodies and brought them to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased were identified as Shiv Ratan son of late Bhagelu Prasad and his son Akash Kumar of Chatara village under Badahara police station in Bhojpur district.
SHO Badahara police station said that Shiv Ratan and his son Akash Kumar were going on a motorcycle when a speeding vehicle collided head-on near Anand Lok Resort at Chandawa Mor under Ara Nawada police station in the afternoon today injuring both the father and son. The locals rushed them to Ara Sadar Hospital where the doctor declared Shiv Ratan dead and referred his son Akash Kumar to the Patna Medical College and Hospital in precarious condition but he also succumbed to his injuries on way to the PMCH.
