FAKE TEA LEAVES AND OIL SEIZED
A team of Tata Group of Company with the help of Bhojpur police conducted raid in a shop at Rajapur Pachrukhia village under Koelwar police station in Bhojpur district and busted a factory making fake tea leaf.
Ara, 6 January 2022, (RNI): A team of Tata Group of Company with the help of Bhojpur police conducted raid in a shop at Rajapur Pachrukhia village under Koelwar police station in Bhojpur district and busted a factory making fake tea leaf. The tea leaves were supplied to different districts of Bihar including Bhojpur. The police also seized 160 empty packets of Tata Salt, 40 Kg of salt, sodium chloride, one packing machine, 876 bottles of Nihar Shanti Tel, 1012 empty bottles and wood dust.
Reportedly, Bhola Rai son of Ram Pravesh Rai of Rajapur Pachrukhia village under Koelwar police station had given some persons room on rent where these illegal goods were prepared. The Police said that the businessmen mixed wood dust to the tea leaves and supplied them to different places in Bihar.
