EXCISE DEPARTMENT ARREST LIQUOR SMUGGLER, SEIZE 48 PIECES OF LIQUOR
Sleuths of Excise Department, Kaimur arrested a liquor smuggler and seized 48 piece of liquor from his possession from near Akhaura Mor in Kaimur district. The arrested liquor smuggler was identified as Insaf Ali 20 son of Akbar Ali of Pusauli village under Kudara police station in Kaimur district.

BHABHUA---------------------------Sleuths of Excise Department, Kaimur arrested a liquor smuggler and seized 48 piece of liquor from his possession from near Akhaura Mor in Kaimur district. The arrested liquor smuggler was identified as Insaf Ali 20 son of Akbar Ali of Pusauli village under Kudara police station in Kaimur district.
Official of Excise Department said that they had launched a checking drive near Akhaura Mor in Kaimuar district when a youth came on a motorcycle. The police of the Excise Department intercepted the motorcycle and when checked, 48 pieces of liquor was recovered from the motorcycle. The police arrested the youth and seized the motorcycle along with liquor. Later a named FIR was lodged with the police against the arrested liquor smuggler under section 30(A) of Bihar Alcohol Prohibition and Excise Act (Amendment) Act 2018 and he was later sent to jail under judicial custody.
