Addressing a press conference, Sudama Prasad said that the Modi Government is continuously trying to weaken the country’s agriculture, employment, business and social harmony. A BJP MP Anant Hedge even asked the people of the country to change the Constitution of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar and win 400 seats. He said when the Energy Minister, Raj Kumar Singh contested the parliamentary election from the Ara Parliamentary Constituency for the first time in the year 2014, he had announced to set up a solar energy plant in Bhojpur district but till date the plant has not been installed. He had also announced the adoption of Gundi village of Badahara block but till date Gundi village has been no lines of development.
The unemployed of the district are forced to migrate to other states in search of employment. Public money is being embezzled in the name of poor people and exaggerated electricity bills worth lakhs of rupees are coming in their names though R K Singh is the energy minister and local MP. People are facing a lot problem by fake electricity bills.
The long pending demand for modernization of the Sone Canal for irrigation of agriculture in Bhojpur district has not been fulfilled till date. Due to which farming has become a loss-making deal. He further said that due to online business, street vendors and small and medium businessmen are on verge of ruin. He added that the MP should release detailed report from his 10 years of MP fund leaving aside the development of Rail and Road because Rail and Road are not his department. INDIA alliance candidate Sudama Prasad said that the election will be fought by making an election agenda based on these basic issues of the people.
MLA State Committee member Vijay Ojha, Kyamuddin Ansari, Arrah Municipal Secretary Dilraj Pritam, District Standing Committee member Jitendra Singh, Amit Kumar Bunty were present on the occasion.
