On the call of the Bihar Rajya Vyavahar Nyayalay Karmchari Sangh, all the employees of the Ara Civil Court went on indefinite pen down strike from January 16, 2025 to press the fulfillment of their charter of demands.

ARA------------------------On the call of the Bihar Rajya Vyavahar Nyayalay Karmchari Sangh, all the employees of the Ara Civil Court went on indefinite pen down strike from January 16, 2025 to press the fulfillment of their charter of demands.
Hundreds of employees of the Ara Civil Court locked the gate of the Ara Civil Court since morning and staged dharna at the gate of the court. They raised slogans against the Bihar government and demanded fulfillment of their charter of demands. They said that their pen down strike would continue till their demands are not fulfilled. They said that agitation is their compulsion not a hobby, pay for the same work and maintain transparency in promotions. Their main demands included removable of pay discrepancy, all third and fourth grade employees should be promoted soon, cent percent reinstatement on compassionate basis, implement special judicial cadre at once.
