National President, All India Jan Sangh, Acharya (Dr.) Bharat Bhushan Pandey said in a statement issued to the press that there is a struggle going on in between two powerful alliances in the whole country. The ideologies of both are completely different but the people of the country have strengthened the nationalist ideology. He said that Jan Sangh welcomed the verdict and said that the old parties struggling in their respective areas are getting the support of voters and added that only the grassroots candidates who are rich in opportunism and money power but are active in the area have emerged victorious. The results of by-elections in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh are positive signs.
