BUXAR--------------------------------One driver was killed when a dumper collided with a truck near Vegetable market on NH-922 under Naya Bhojpur police outpost in Buxar district. Police recovered the body and brought it to the Buxar Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased was identified as Subhash Yadav 50 son of late Ram Dular Yadav of Azamgarh district in Uttar Pradesh.
Subhash Yadav was a dumper driver and he was coming from Patna with his dumper at great speed when the driver dashed a sand laden truck which was parked on the roadside as it had developed some snag near Vegetable market on NH-922 under Naya Bhojpur police outpost. The dumper driver dashed the truck in his bid to save a motorcycle borne youth. The cabin of the dumper badly smashed and the drive messed in between the cabin and the steering. On information, police rushed to the spot and freed the driver and admitted the drive to the Sub-Divisional hospital where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
