DRUG PEDDLER WITH 49 GRAMS OF HEROIN AND Rs. 7100 IN CASH
Kaimur police, acting on a tip off, arrested a drug peddler with 49 grams of heroin and Rs. 7100 in cash and a mobile from behind Sanjeevani Hospital under Mohania police station in Kaimur district.the arrested drug peddler was identified as Asif Rai of Ward No 6.
Bhabhua, 10 June 2023, (RNI): Kaimur police, acting on a tip off, arrested a drug peddler with 49 grams of heroin and Rs. 7100 in cash and a mobile from behind Sanjeevani Hospital under Mohania police station in Kaimur district.the arrested drug peddler was identified as Asif Rai of Ward No 6.
DSP, Mokhania Faiz Ahamd Khan said that the police got information that drug peddlers are selling heroin behind the Sanjeevani Hospital ward No 6. He formed a police team that conducted raid and arrested Asif Rai. He said that during interrogation, Asif revealed that the mastermind of the gang was Ravi Chaudhary Ward No 16 of Mahnia under the same police station and he brought the heroin from him to sell in the market. On his revelation, the police conducted raid at the house of Ravi Chaudhary but he fled away seeing the police.
