DOCTOR KILLED IN ROAD ACCIDENT IN ROHTAS

SASARAM----------------------------A doctor was killed when his motorcycle collided head-on with a car near the coal depot on NH-02 under Dehari police station in Rohtas district today. The deceased was identified as Dr. Ravi Ranjan Kumar of Kauakhonch village under Akhorigola police station. The police recovered the body and brought it to the Sasaram Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. The police also seized the motorcycle and the car.

SHO Dehari police station said that Dr. Ravi Ranjan ran a private clinic near Tenduni Boring and he used to come and go to his village daily on motorcycle. He was coming from his village to his clinic and when he reached near the coal depot on NH-02 under Dehari police station, a speeding car collided head-on with the motorcycle killing the doctor on spot.
