DCLR, ARA SADAR FORMED FORM ‘A’ AGAINST REVENUE EMPLOYEES

ARA--------------------------DCLR Sadar has formed Form ‘A’ against 20 revenue officials for negligence in execution of mutation cases filed in Ara Sadar sub-division of the district. .

It may be mentioned here that recently, during the review of the Revenue Department, the former DM Raj Kumar had taken seriously the matter of keeping a large number of mutation cases pending at the level of revenue officials. In this meeting, the DM had directed the DSLRs of all the sub-divisions to take action against the culprits after review, against the revenue employees, zonal inspectors, revenue officers and zonal officers, who kept the mutation cases pending even after the deadline set by the government.

In the light of this, when DCLR Sadar Shweta Mishra started reviewing the mutation cases filed circle wise, many shocking facts came to light. DCLR found 12 revenue employees of Ara zone at whose level the mutation cases were filed after the deadline set by the government had passed. Was also not executed but was kept pending without reason in their logging. Taking this matter seriously, DSLR has formed Form ‘A’ against Ara zone revenue employees Prabhat Kumar, Karan Kumar, Dhamendra Kumar, Rajesh Kumar, Ujjanal Kumar, Rohit Kumar, Sunil Kumar Kesari, Jawahar Pandit Santosh Kumar Singh, Arun Kumar Sharma, Rahul Kumar Rai and Ashutosh Kumar. On the other hand, the revenue employees of Udwantnagar zone, Anandmohan Pandey, Ravi Kumar, Om Prakash and Gadhani zone revenue employee Umesh, for keeping the mutation cases filed pending. DCLR Sadar Shweta Mishra took action for pending without any reason in their logging even after the stipulated time limit. Form ‘A’ has also been formed against 20 revenue employees including Sumit Kumar, Mohamad Naushad Alam, Ranjit Kumar of Badahara zone.
