CPI-ML STAGED DAY LONG DHARANA AGAINST BAN ON PLYING OF HANDCARTS
Hundreds of activists of the Communist Party of India-Marxist-Leninist led by their Tarari and Agiaw MLAs, Sudama Prasad and Manoj Manjil took out procession from their office that passed through the main thoroughfares of the town and culminated in front of the office of the Bhojpur District Magistrate today in protest against ban on the handcarts and also staged a day long dharana there.

Speaking on the occasion Sudama Prasad and Manoj Manjil said that they would not pocket ban on plying of handcarts on roads by the court at the behest of industrialists. They said that without making alternative arrangement and job, ban on plying of handcarts is illegal. Handcarts are plying on roads of India but the district administration banned them. They demanded free education to the children of handcart owners, issue ration cards, allot houses otherwise they would be compelled to launch aggressive agitation and the district administration and the state government would be responsible for it. some others who were present on the occasion are Qyamuddin Ansari, State Committee member, town secretary Dilraj Pritam, Amit Kumar Banti, Gopal Prasad, Sudama Ram and others.
