COMPLAINT CASE AGAINST THE KOELWAR CO
A complaint case was instituted in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Ara Civil Court against the Circle Officer (CO), Koelwar in connection with misbehavior with and threat to Kamlesh Singh.
Ara, 12 May 2023, (RNI): A complaint case was instituted in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Ara Civil Court against the Circle Officer (CO), Koelwar in connection with misbehavior with and threat to Kamlesh Singh.
Rajesh Kumar Pandey alias Pappu Pandey, advocate, said that Kamlesh Kumar Singh of Katkaira village under Koelwar police station had given an application to the CO, Koelwar on March 20, 2021 for the rectification of land but the CO did not order rectification despite depositing all the necessary documents and papers. He complained the senior officers against him and so the CO called him at his residence on March 12, 2023 and misbehaved with him also threatened him with dire consequences. After that Kamlesh Singh lodged a complaint case No. 649/23 in the court of the CJM against the CO, Koelwar. Later the CJM transferred the case in the court of the Judicial Magistrate Swati Yadav.
