COMPLAINT CASE AGAINST K K PATHAK
Satyavrat, advocate filed a complaint case No 202/2023 today against the Additional Chief Secretary, alcohol prohibition, K K Pathak alias Keshav Kumar Pathak in connection with passing indecent comments. The court fixed February 14, 2023 for hearing.
Ara, 4 February 2023, (RNI): Satyavrat, advocate filed a complaint case No 202/2023 today against the Additional Chief Secretary, alcohol prohibition, K K Pathak alias Keshav Kumar Pathak in connection with passing indecent comments. The court fixed February 14, 2023 for hearing.
Advocate Satyavrat said that K K Pathak alias Keshav Kumar Pathak, a resident of Uttar Pradesh. He was watching ABP News Channel in his house on February 3, 2023 and found that that aired the indecent comments of K K Pathak and he also read the same matter in the social media. K K Pathak was abusing people of Bihar including the officials in a meeting. He said that it was slur on Bihar and Bihari and he felt insulted and humiliated being a Bihari and so he filed a complaint case against K K Pathak.
