ARA------------------------One student was beaten to death at Dhobadi village under Narayanpur police station in Bhojpur district when he had gone to settle a dispute in between two groups in the village. The deceased was identified as Rahul Kumar 16 son of Santosh Kumar of Dhobadi village under Narayanpur police station. He was a student of Class X. The police recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Narayanpur police station in this regard on the statement of the father of the deceased. Police are investigating the matter and also conducting raids to arrest the miscreants.
Santosh Kumar, father of the deceased said that Sunil Kumar son of his relative and sons of other relatives were playing when they clashed with one another. Meanwhile, his son Rahul Kumar had come home from the shop and when she saw the boys quarreling and scuffling, he went there to settle the dispute but boys of a relative attacked on his head with iron rod and injured him. The family members rushed him to the Ara Sadar Hospital but the doctor declared him dead. Santosh Kumar blamed Kallu and Sunil of his relative of killing Rahul Kumar.
SHO Narayanpur police station Rakesh Kumar said that during a scuffle in between boys at the village, someone attacked Rahul Kumar with rod on his head and killed him. The police are conducting raids to arrest the miscreants.
