CBI ARRIVED AT ARA TO INVESTIGATE MISSING OF A YOUTH
A team of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) led by the Joint Director, Bihar-Jharkhand, Rajiv Ranjan along with about a dozen officers arrived at Ara to investigate the case of kidnapped person Kamlesh Rai who was missing since July 13, 2024. The officials of the CBI queried a number of person and collected information about the kidnapped person. The officials also gave direction regarding the kidnapped person on several points.

ARA--------------------------A team of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) led by the Joint Director, Bihar-Jharkhand, Rajiv Ranjan along with about a dozen officers arrived at Ara to investigate the case of kidnapped person Kamlesh Rai who was missing since July 13, 2024. The officials of the CBI queried a number of person and collected information about the kidnapped person. The officials also gave direction regarding the kidnapped person on several points.
The Joint Director, CBI Rajeev Ranjan reviewed with the ASP V. Lakada, Investigating Officer, Sushil Kushwaha and other officials of the team the latest development in the matter of kidnapped person and also got information regarding development report in this regard. Kamlesh Rai of Kolharampur village under Badahra police station had gone to the Mahuli Ganga Ghat under Sinha police outpost to attend the last rites of his grandmother-in-law on his motorcycle on January 13, 2024. In the night he had asked his wife to tell his sister-in-law (Bhabhi) to prepare food as battery of his mobile was low. After that neither he returned home nor his motorcycle was found.
At the direction of the Patna High Court, this case was registered with the CBI on February 28, 2024 and the CBI came into action from March 1, 2024. A team of the CBI searched the missing person from Bihar to Nepal but in vain so far.
