BUXAR SP SUSPENDS SHO NAYA BHOJPUR OUTPOST FOR DERELICTION OF DUTY

BUXAR---------------------------Buxar SP Manish Kumar suspended the SHO Naya Bhojpur police outpost Mukesh Kumar with immediate effect in connection with his dereliction of duty and also misleading his superior officials.

Buxar SP Manish Kumar said that during a cricket match in between two groups at Naya Bhojpur village in Buxar district, both the groups clashed and Yuvraj along with some others beat up a boy of another group. Yuvraj was the main culprit in this incident. When he was returning from Buxar after taking intermediate examination, some youths of Quraishi locality kidnaped and took him to their locality where they tied thrashed him badly. On information, the police freed Yuvraj and admitted him to the Buxar Sadar Hospital but the doctor referred him to the Patna Medical College and Hospital in precarious condition where his condition is stated to be serious. The SP further said that the former SHO Naya Bhojpur police outpost remained silent despite having full knowledge of the incident and he even did not inform his seniors.

Meanwhile, SDM Kumar Pankaj and SDPO Afaq Akhatar Ansari had a meeting with family members of both the groups and admonished them and also tried to subside the matter so that peace could be maintained in the area.
