BUXAR-----------------------------RPF, Buxar, arrested four liquor smugglers and seized India Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) in large quantity from a train and also seized. Later the police sent them to jail. A named FIR has also been lodged with the police against the arrested liquor smugglers. The arrested liquor smugglers were identified as Kundan Kumar son of Anil Sha of Bhojpur, Dhananjay Kumar son of Ganesh Singh of Kankadbagh in Patna, Santu Kumar son of Krishna Prasad of Jakanpur in Patna and Rohit Kumar son of Ramesh Kumar Rai of Vaishali.
SHO RPF, Buxar railway station Deepak Kumar said that he got information that a large quantity of IMFL was being smuggled in the bogie No B-2, 12370 Haridwar-Howrah Kumbh Express. He at once swung into action and formed a police team that conducted raid at the AC bogie No B-2 as the 12370 Haridwar-Howrah Kumbh Express came at the Buxar railway station under Danapur rail division of East-Central Railway (ECR), Hajipur and arrested four liquor smugglers. The police also seized 37.29 litre of IMFL packed in bags.
