BUXAR POLICE ARREST A YOUTH WORTH FIREARMS
Buxar police arrested a youth from near Chiraiyatand Bridge under Dhansoi police station in Buxar district in the night during patrolling and seized a country made pistol and live cartridge from his possession.
Buxar, 23 April 2023, (RNI): Buxar police arrested a youth from near Chiraiyatand Bridge under Dhansoi police station in Buxar district in the night during patrolling and seized a country made pistol and live cartridge from his possession. The youth was identified as Birendra Singh of Bhikhamdera village. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Dhansoi police station in this regard and sent him to jail after interrogation. Police are also investigating the matter.
Buxar SP Manish Kumar said that during patrolling the police arrested Birendra Singh of Bhikhamdera village from near Chiraiyatand Bridge under Dhansoi police station while hatching plan to commit crime in the night and seized a country made pistol and live cartridge from his possession.
The SP appealed the people to have faith in police and said if police personnel did not pay heed to their complaint, they directly contact him. He said that police are there for their safety and they get salary for the same.
