BROTHER OUTRAGED MODESTY OF HIS COUSIN SISTER FOR FOUR YEARS, HAVE A CHILD WITH HER

Ara, 3 July 2023, (RNI): In a bizarre incident, a case of outraging modesty of his cousin sister for four years came out of closet after the victim lodged a named FIR with the police under Nawada police station in this regard. After institution of FIR, the police swung into action and arrested the rapist. The girl has a child with this rape. The arrested rapist was identified as Dhurv Sharma alias Deepu Sharma of a village under Charpokhari police station in Bhojpur district.

Quoting the FIR, the SHO Nawada police station Dharmendra Kumar said that the girl was married and had a son with the marriage but later her husband divorced her. Meanwhile, she came in contact with her cousin brother Dhrum Sharma who lived in a rented house under Nawada police station area and she also started living with her but he put to shame on the brother-sister relationship and established physical relationship with his cousin sister after intoxicating her and outraged her modesty for the last four years and even the neighbour did not knew about it. Meanwhile, she bore a child with this illicit relation. She pressurized to make their relation public but he refused and at last she lodged a named FIR with the police under Nawada police station in this regard.
