BODY OF CLASS IX STUDENT OF ARA FOUND IN A TRAIN AT JABALPUR IN MADHYA PRADESH

ARA (RNI) Body of a Ara youth missing for about a fortnight from his house recovered from a bogie of 01040 Samastipur-Lokmanya Tilak Express train at Jabalpur railway station in Madhya Pradesh. Later the police recovered the body and brought it to the hospital for postmortem. The youth was identified as Sanjay Kumar 17 son of Shiv Muni Yadav of Ahirpurva Ward No 29 under Ara town police station in Bhojpur district. He was student of Class IX of local H P D Jain School. The GRP, Jabalpur sent the body to Ara. The police are investigating the matter. The family members of the deceased blamed that a girl and her family members for the death of Sanjay Kumar. As the body reached Ara, the local residents and the family members became agitated and blocked the road near Ahirpurva Mod with the body and paralyzed movement of vehicles. They burnt tyres on road and raised slogans against the police. They were demanding arrest of the girl who is said to be beloved of the deceased and her family member at once. The blockade could be lifted after positive response of police officers.

Nitu Devi, sister of the deceased said that Sanjay Kumar was in love with a girl of the locality for the last some months. On April 23, 2024 in the evening the girl administered some intoxicant to Sanjay Kumar and took him to Jabalpur with her. When she called Sanjay Kumar on his mobile in the evening on April 24, 2024, the girl responded and said that he was sleeping. After sometime she again called him. This time, Sanjay Kumar talked in intoxicant state. Meanwhile, the police recovered his body from a bogie meant for differently abled person at the gate of Lavatory of Samastipur-Lokmanya Tilak Express train at Jabalpur railway station in the evening on April, 25, 2024. The Jabalpur police informed the family members of the deceased about the incident on mobile. Nitu Devi blamed his beloved that she strangulated him to death and later hanged him to give a colour of suicide.

Meanwhile, a video of the girl’s statement given to the police through mobile recording has become viral on social media in which she told the Jabalpur police that both were in love and on April 23, 2024 they fled away from their houses and reached Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh where they tied nuptial knot in temple. Later they were going to Mumbai from Jabalpur in Samatipur-Lokmanya Tilak Express train. Meanwhile, he had a talk with his family members on mobile and she also told her lover heated words during his talk with his family members that infuriated him and entered the lavatory of a bogie meant for the differently abled persons. She thought that he might have gone inside the lavatory to attend call of nature but when he did not come out of the lavatory for about half an hour, she pushed the gate of the lavatory and found that Sanjay Kumar committed suicide by hanging himself to the rod inside the lavatory. She cut the towel and took the body out of the lavatory. Later the Jabalpur GRP came and recovered the body. The police are investigating the matter.
