BIADA SEIZED ALLOTTED LANDS OF FOUR COMPANIES
By the order of the court, the officials of the Bhojpur district administration seized lands of four companies constructed on the land of the Industrial area at Bihia under the same police station for violation of service conditions of land allotment
Ara, 1 July 2023, (RNI): By the order of the court, the officials of the Bhojpur district administration seized lands of four companies constructed on the land of the Industrial area at Bihia under the same police station for violation of service conditions of land allotment. The action was taken in presence of Bihia Consolidation (Chakbandi) officer Deepak Kumar and heavy police force. Later the seized machines and companies handed over to the Assistant Regional Manager, Bihia Industrial Area Gopal Prasad.
Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA) had allotted piece of lands at Bihia Industrial Area to The Durga Mini Rice Mill and Flour Mill, Janaki Mini Rice Mill, Kisan Mini Dal Milla and Dheeraj Herbs Private Limited on some terms and condition but they violated the terms and conditions and so the BIADA cancelled the allotment of lands to them. The owners of these companies knocked the door of the court against the cancellation of allotment but the court rejected the appeal. After the court cancelled their appeal, the Deputy General Manager, Bihata Cluster, BIADA, wrote a letter to the SDM, Jagdishpur for possession of the land. After receiving the letter, the SDM, Jagdishpur, deputed a magistrate with heavy police force and the officials of the BIADA were given possession of the allotted lands.
