BHOJPURI ACTRESS LODGED FIR AGAINST HER BHOJPURI SINGER HUSBAND FOR DESERTING HER

ARA-------------------------Bhojpuri Actress Priyanka Devi accused singer Pramod Premi Yadav of deserting her after marriage and living together for about 12 long years. Priyanka Devi, a resident of Uttar Pradesh alleges that singer Pramod Premi Yadav tied nuptial know with her in a temple in the year 2015 and aborted her twice and she knew about his first marriage, he started maintaining distance with her. She lodged an FIR against the singer Pramod Premi Yadav with the police under Udwantnagar police station in this regard but she blamed that police are not helping her. .

Priyanka Devi said that she is a resident of Devariya district in Uttar Pradesh. She had come to Ara for the first time in the year 2012 along with her friend Anu Priya, a resident of Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh where a programme of Pramod Premi Yadav was going on. The same day, her friend introduced her to Pramod Premi Yadav for the first time. Priyanka Devi also interested in acting in Bhojpuri films and so she took Pramod Premi Yadav’s mobile number and started dialogue and remained in constant touch since 2012.

Priyanka Devi said that for the first time in 2012, singer Pramod Premi Yadav gave me a chance to do a dance programme in a village in Ara. There was a need for four female dancers but he failed there. Seeing the situation getting worse, he gave me a chance even after I refused. He kept requesting and at last she had to perform. In that programme, Pramod Premi Yadav got Rs. 5 thousand and she got Rs. 1500 for dance programme.

Priyanka said that she had told Pramod Premi Yadav that she wanted to enter the film industry and so frequently talked to him. He got her shot for the album of Holi songs in the month of February 2012 and this was Priyanka’s first album in which she was seen with Pramod Premi Yadav together. She added that since she and Pramod Premi Yadav worked together from stage programmes to albums and many films and about 70 percent of the songs made with him have been launched in the market. Priyankaa Devi kept vising Pramod Premi Yadav till the year 2012. .

Priyanka Devi further said that when they were shooting the song for the Holi for the first time, Pramod Premi Yadav wanted to have a physical relationship with her but he could succeed in his bid due to strong protest from her. In the year 2013, he took her for a stage proramme in Patna and after the programme, he took her to a hotel in Patna where he succeeded in establishing physical relationship with her. After that, she did not talk to him again for two months. Meanwhile, Pramod Premi Yadav’s brother told her that he cannot live without her and he is always talking to consume poison. She said that his family members threatened her with dire consequences if anything happened to him. After that she talked Pramod Premi Yadav on mobile. He emotionally blackmailed her and called her to his village at Kalyanpur where she stayed at his home for two months where his mother also lived.

Priyanka said that in the year 2014, Pramod Premi Yadav put vermillion to find out a family quarter so that they could live together. She said that she was not aware that singer Pramod Premi Yadav was already married. She was not aware of the fact about his first marriage when she lived at his house for two months. On day suddenly, Pramod Premi Yadav came and packed all her clothes and said that they will live in town not in village now as people talked differently in the village.

Priyanka Devi said that she got married at Bakhorapur Kali temple of Badahara block in Bhojpur in the year 2015 and in the wedding, all the relatives and friends of Pramod Premi Yadav except hers were present. In presence of the same people, both of them got married by garlanding each other and since both of them worked on many albums together. She stated that Pramod Premi Yadav had built a house in the year 2018 in the name of his mother but today Priyanka Devi lives in that house.

Priyanka said that at the end of the lock down, she came to know about Pramod Premi Yadav was already married. When she knew about his first marriage, Pramod Premi Yadav was in Mumbai and after that she started thrashing her. Priyanka alleged that Pramod Premi Yadav aborted her in November 2021 and again in February 2022 and after which their relationship started deteriorating and later Pramod Premi Yadav deserted her. She also blamed that Pramod Premi Yadav, his brother Ashok Yadav and Nishal Kumar Gupta alias Sonu Kumar, manager of Pramod Premi Yadav had thrashed her badly and also tore the wedding photographs and many documents but on Priyanka Devi’s passport, the name of Pramod Premi Yadav was written on the place of her husband. Meanwhile, on January 27, 2023, there was an understanding in between Priyanka Devi and Pramod Premi Yadav and both agreed not to quarrel in future and also signed the agreement paper.

Priyanka said that both of them have been together for almost 12 years and it was only after she came in his life, he reached the crescendo and now when he earned money and became a big artist, he is telling her to leave him.

Priyanka Devi blamed that the police are not supporting her. People think that she has done all this for money only but she does not want anything except to live with Pramod Premi Yadav. She said that the electricity of her house was cut off. She can manage her expenses with the money sent by her family members. She further said that she is constantly being scolded.

SHO Udwantnagar police station said that the matter has come to the notice of the police and the police are investigating the matter. He further said that if concrete evidence is found, police will arrest the guilty.
