BHOJPUR SP SUSPENDS THREE POLICE PERSONNEL INCLUIDNG THE SHO WHO RELEASED THE LIQUOR SMULGGERS

ARA (RNI) Bhojpur SP Mister Raj suspended three police personnel including a Station House Officer (SHO), Dhobaha police station in connection with dereliction of duty. The suspended police personnel were identified as the SHO, Dhobaha police station Sanjeev Kumar Ram, Sub-Inspector (Probation) Chandra Prakash Pandit and a Home Guard Ghanshayam Kumar. Action is being taken to cancel the contract on the Home Guard.

Bhojpur SP Mister Raj said that the police had seized liquor from Dhobaha police station area and also had arrested a liquor smuggler in this regard but the police had released them. A written complaint was filed before the Bhojpur SP. Taking it seriously, the SP formed an inquiry committee. The inquiry committee submitted its report to the SP and taking action on the basis of the report of the inquiry committee, the SP suspended three police personnel including the SHO.
