BHOJPUR POLICE SEIZED 36 CARTONS OF IMFL
Bhojpur police, acting on a tip off, seized India Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) loaded on a tractor from near Vibhuti Rai ke Dera village under Bahoranpur police outpost in Bhojpur district though the driver and liquor smugglers fled away from the scene leaving the liquor and the tractor behind.
ARA (RNI) Bhojpur police, acting on a tip off, seized India Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) loaded on a tractor from near Vibhuti Rai ke Dera village under Bahoranpur police outpost in Bhojpur district though the driver and liquor smugglers fled away from the scene leaving the liquor and the tractor behind.
SHO Bahoranpur police outpost Abhay Shankar Singh said that the liquor smugglers were coming from Chakki Naurang with the IMFL. On information, the police seized the tractor near Vibhuti Rai ke Dera under Bahoranpur police station and also seized 36 cartons of IMFL. A named FIR has been lodged with the police under Bahoranpur police outpost against the driver and owner of the tractor and three others under the New Excise Act. Police are conducting raids to arrest them.
