BHOJPUR POLICE SEIZED 27,720 BOTTLES OF IMFL AND ARREST LIQUOR SMUGGLER

Ara, 2 July 2023, (RNI): Bhojpur police 27720 bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) loaded on a truck near Karisath under the same police station on Ara-Buxar NH-922 and arrested a liquor smuggler. 

Bhojpur SP Pramod Kumar Yadav said that he got information that a truck with a big consignment of IMFL was coming from Rajasthan. He sent a police team under the SHO, Karisath police station Chandan Kumar and the police launched vehicle checking drive near Karisath police station on Ara-Buxar NH-922. Meanwhile a truck came and the police intercepted it. When searched, the police seized 27720 bottles of IMFL. The police also seized the truck and arrested the liquor smuggler truck driver. The arrested driver cum liquor smuggler was identified as Dinesh Kumar Bishnoi of Roila under Dhorimila police station in Rajasthan.
