BHOJPUR POLICE SEIZE 23,736 BOTTLES OF IMFL AND A TRUCK
Bhojpur police, acting on a tip off, seized 23,736 bottles of India Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) and a truck from near Belauti village on Ara-Buxar main road. The police also arrested a person in the regard. The arrested person was identified as Dalu Ram of Siyolo Dera Bamrala in Rajasthan.

ARA-------------------------Bhojpur police, acting on a tip off, seized 23,736 bottles of India Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) and a truck from near Belauti village on Ara-Buxar main road. The police also arrested a person in the regard. The arrested person was identified as Dalu Ram of Siyolo Dera Bamrala in Rajasthan.
Bhojpur SP Pramod Kumar Yadav said that he got information that a big consignment of liquor was being smuggled from Punjab to be sold in different parts of Bhojpur district during festival season. He formed a police team under the Jagdishpur SDPO and the police team launched vehicle checking drive near Belauti village on Ara-Buxar main road. Meantime, the police intercepted a ten wheelers truck loaded with grain. When the police searched, altogether 23,736 bottles of IMFL was recovered kept under the pile of grains. The SP further said that the police are conducting raids to arrest liquor smugglers.
