ARA---------------------Bhojpur police arrested two kidnappers from near Jagdeonagar Rail Track under Nawada police station and freed two girls from their clutches. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Ara Gadhani police station under Protection of Children against Sexual Offence (POCSO) in this regard and the police sent them to jail after interrogation. The brought the girls to the Ara Sadar Hospital for medical examination and also produced them in the Ara Civil Court to get their statement registered under section 164 CrPC. The arrested kidnappers were identified as Chandan Kumar 32 of Lahthan village under Agiaw Bazaar police station and Navin Kumar 27 under Ayar police station.
SHO Gadhani police station Ranveer Kumar said that two teenage cousin sisters had gone to the market under Gadhani police station in the afternoon to buy some potato chips but they did not return till late evening. The family members searched for them everywhere but in vain. Meanwhile, the police had arrested both the girls along with two youths from the railway track near Jagdeonagar under Nawada police station. On information, when the family members reached the Nawada police station, the girls said that both the youths decoyed them at Gadhani Bazaar and brought them to Ara whence they were taking them somewhere via railway track when the police recovered and arrested the youths.
