BHOJPUR POLICE RECOVERED BODY OF A YOUTH

ARA------------------------Bhojpur police recovered mutilated body of youth from near a pond to the west of the Pinjaroi village on Fulari-Bhatauli village road under Sandesh police station in Bhojpur district and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased was identified as Satish Kumar 23 son of Manoj Kumar of Ramasandh village under Sandesh police station.

SHO Sandesh police station Santosh Kumar said that Satish Kumar had set out of his house on his bicycle to go to the site for work on October 1, 2024 at about 11am but he did not return home till late night. The family members searched for him everywhere for about two days and when failed, Sanju Devi mother of the deceased filed an FIR with the police under Sandesh police station regarding missing Satish Kumar on October 3, 2024. After institution of FIR, the police swung into action. In the night the watchman of the pond reached near the pond, he found a body of a youth and informed the police. The villagers stayed with the body the whole night. In the morning the police arrived and recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The SHO said that the police are investigating the matter.
