BHOJPUR POLICE RECOVERED A GIRL AFTER TWO MONTHS FROM BHOJPUR VILLAGE

ARA----------------------------Bhojpur police recovered a girl from Bhakura village under Tarari police station and produced her in the Ara Civil Court to get her statement registered under section 164 CrPC.

SHO Tarari police station said that the father of the girl had fixed her marriage but she was not interested in the marriage with the youth and so eloped with her lover Roushan Kumar of Bhakura village under Tarari police station in Bhojpur district in April 30, 2024 and tied nuptial knot in the Askamini temple at Bikramganj in Rohtas district and started living with him as husband and wife. The father of the girl lodged a named FIR with the police under Tarari police station in this regard. After institution of FIR, the police swung into action and started investigating the matter and also conducting raids to recover the girl. Meanwhile, the police got information that the girl was living at Bhakura village. The police conducted raid at Bhakura village and recovered the girl though her lover could not be arrested.

In another incident, the Bhojpur police with the help of their Rohtas counterpart recovered a girl, from Nadaua village under Natwar police station in Rohtas district. Police are investigating the matter and also interrogating the woman.

SHO Piro police station said that a married woman had fled away from Bamhwar village under Piro police station in the month of May this year. Her husband had lodged an FIR with the police under Piro police station regarding kidnapping of his wife. After institution of FIR, the police swung into action and started searching for the woman. Meanwhile, police got information that the woman was seen at Nadaua village under Natwar police station in Rohtas district. The Bhojpur police at once conducted raid at Nadaua village with the help of their Rohtas counterpart and recovered the woman.
