BHOJPUR POLICE RECOVER TWO LOVE BIRDS
Bhojpur police recovered two love birds from Bihia police station area in Bhojpur district and sent the lover to jail while handed over the beloved to her family members. The lover was identified as Bittu Kumar of Saheb Tola under Bihia police station.
ARA (RNI) Bhojpur police recovered two love birds from Bihia police station area in Bhojpur district and sent the lover to jail while handed over the beloved to her family members. The lover was identified as Bittu Kumar of Saheb Tola under Bihia police station.
SHO Bihia station said that the family members are residents of Buxar under the Buxar town police station in Buxar district and lived in a rented house at Bihia. Bittu Kumar and the family of the girl are relatives. Meanwhile, Bittu Kumar of Saheb Tola under Bihia police station and the girl Soni (name changed) came in contact and fell in love. They eloped from their houses on March 29, 2024. An FIR was lodged with the police under Bihia police station on the statement of the girl’s family members regarding her missing. After institution of FIR, the police swung into action and started conducting raids to recover the girl. In the meantime, the police got information that the love birds were seen at somewhere in Bihia. The police following the feedback recovered the lovebirds. The police brought the girl to the Ara Sadar Hospital for medical examination and produced the girl in the Ara Civil Court to get her statement registered under 164 CrPC. Later the police handed over the girl to her family but the police sent the lover Bittu Kumar to jail.
