BHOJPUR POLICE RECOVER BODY OF A YOUTH

ARA----------------------------Bhojpur police recovered body of a youth from a garden at Havelipur village under Charpokhari police station in Bhojpur district in the morning. The deceased was identified as Hakim Ram 25 son of Ramesh Ram of Havelipur Mahadalit Tola.. Irate villager blocked the road with the body of the deceased the Ara-Sasaram main road near Mishravalia Mor and paralyzed movement of vehicles for about two hours. The irate villagers blamed that the police did not arrive at the spot even after an hour despite having information about the incident. The villagers were demanding arrest of miscreants and compensation for the family of the deceased. The blockade could be lifted after positive response of police officers. Later the police brought the body to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem but the family members refused postmortem. They did not lodge an FIR in this regard either.

Ramesh Ram father of the deceased said that his son did not return home in the evening and so they searched for him everywhere but in vain. Meanwhile, the villagers informed that the body of Hakim Ram was seen in a garden of the village. The family members rushed to the spot. He said that several bruises were found on the face and body of his son that showed that he was murdered brutally.  

Ramesh Ram further said that Hakim Ram was a daily wage earner. He had gone out on work but did not return till late in the evening and at last his body was found in the morning next day.
