BHOJPUR POLICE RECOVER 1212 BOTTLES OF IMFL

Ara, 18 June 2023, (RNI): Bhojpur police recovered 1212 bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) worth about Rs. 3 lakh from a truck standing at Musahar Toli under Ara town police station for the last five years.

SHO Ara town police station said that a bridge had broken near Jawahar Tola under Ara town police station about five years ago. During construction of the bridge, a truck that had met with an accident, disturbing construction work and so the truck was somehow towed and was parked at Musahar Toli under Ara town police station. Meanwhile, the police got information that IMFL was loaded in the truck parked at Musahar Toli and so a police team went there and when searched, the police found that a special cell was made in the truck where at least 1212 bottles of IMFL were kept under cotton cloths. The SHO said that the truck belonged to a Rajasthani person and an FIR would be registered against him in this regard.
