BHOJPUR POLICE ARREST TWO MISCREANTS WITH FIREARMS
Bhojpur police, acting on a tip off, arrested a miscreant and seized a country made rile and a live cartridge from him from near Asani village under Udwantnagar police station in Bhojpur district when he was planning to commit crime somewhere. A named FIR was lodged against him and the police sent him to jail after interrogation.

A named FIR was lodged against him and the police sent him to jail after interrogation. The arrested miscreant was identified as Upendra Kumar alias Mohan Kumar son of Kanhaiya Prasad of Asani village under Udwantnagar police station.
SHO Udwantnagar police station Ram Kalyan Yadav said that he got information that a miscreant was planning near Asani village under Udwantnagar police station to commit crime. He immediately swung into action and formed a police team that conducted raid near Asani village and arrested the miscreant with a country made rifle and a live cartridge.
In another incident, Bhojpur police arrested a miscreant from near Akhgao village under Sandesh police station and seized a country made pistol, three live cartridges, one magazine, one mobile and a motorcycle from him. The arrested miscreant was identified as Ravi Shankar Kumar son of Jitendra Mehata of Dauaar village under Sandesh police station. An FIR has been lodged with the police in this regard under Sandesh police station and the police sent him to jail after interrogation. Police are conducting raids to arrest the rest miscreants.
SHO Sandesh police station Aditya Kumar said that he got information that three armed miscreants were hatching plan near a Sakaddi Shop near Akhgaon village under Sandesh police station to commit crime somewhere. He at once swung into action and formed a police team under him that conducted raid near the Sakadi Shop and arrested a miscreant with firearms though two others escaped from the scene seeing the police jeep. During interrogation, the arrested miscreant revealed the names of his aides.
Yet in another incident, the police arrested two miscreants with an automatic pistol and two mobiles from near Jitaura Bazaar under Piro police station in Bhojpur district. An FIR has been lodged with the police against the arrested miscreants and the police sent them to jail after interrogation.
Bhojpur SP Neeraj Kumar said that he got information that two youths were loitering near Jitaura Bazaar under Piro police station on a motorcycle. He formed a police team that launched a vehicle checking drive near Jitaura Bazaar. Meanwhile two youths were seen coming on a motorcycle. The police intercepted them. Seeing the police, the youths tried to escape but the police chased and arrested them. When searched, the police recovered an automatic pistol from them. The police also seized the motorcycle.
