BHOJPUR POLICE ARREST TWO MISCREANTS WITH ARMS

Ara, 30 June 2023, (RNI): Bhojpur police arrested two miscreants from near Muradpur Bridge under Narayanpur police station in Bhojpur district and seized a country made pistol, two live cartridges, two magazines and one motorcycle from their possession. The arrested miscreants were identified as Suraj Kumar Singh son of Nirmal Singh and Krishna Kumar son of Parsan Rajak of Latiyarganj village under Azimabad police station. Later the police sent them to jail after interrogation.

SHO Narayanpur police station Rakesh Kumar said that motorcycle borne armed and veiled miscreants came and fired on the former District President, BJP, Jata Pandey at Narayanpur village under the same police station on April 2, 2023 when he was at his gate of the house along with some villagers but the bullets hit a BJP leader Satyadeo Singh and he was injured. An FIR was lodged with the police under Narayanpur police station in this regard. A special police team was formed to arrest the miscreants. The police were conducting raids to arrest them. Meanwhile, the police got information that some armed miscreants were seen near Muradpur Bridge. The police at once swung into action and arrested two armed miscreants from there. Police are also conducting other miscreants.
