BHOJPUR POLICE ARREST TWO BROTHERS WITH FIREARMS

ARA (RNI) Bhojpur police, acting on a tip off, arrested two brothers from Salempur village under Chandi police station and seized one country made pistol and a live cartridge. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Chandi police station and sent them to jail. The arrested miscreants were identified as Rajesh Singh and his brother Mithlesh Singh sons of Ram Bachan Singh of Salempur village.

SHO Chandi police station Rakesh Kumar Roushan said that he got information late in the night that illegal arms were kept in a house at Salempur village under Chandi police station and the miscreants were planning to commit some crime. He at once along with police force conducted raid at Salempur village the same night. Seeing the police two persons tried to escape but the police chase and caught them. The police entered the house of the arrested miscreants and on their revelation recovered a country made pistol and a live cartridge wrapped in a cloth and were hidden under the pile of husk.
