BHOJPUR POLICE ARREST THREE MISCREANTS WITH FIREARMS

ARA--------------------------------Bhojpur police. acting on a tip off, conducted raid at Neknam Tola Diara area under Badahara police station and arrested three dreaded criminals along with firearms and contraband ganja. The arrested miscreants were identified as Santu Kumar of Khusaria, Ritesh Yadav of Sripalpur and Sri Ram Bind alias Ram Chandra Bind of Chatar under Badahara police station in Bhojpur district. The police also seized two country made pistols, one revolver, nine live cartridges and 2 kilogram of ganja from them.

DSP Ranjeet Kumar Singh, talking to media persons said that the police got information that some armed miscreants were seen at Neknam Tola Diara area under Badahara police station. He at once swung into action and formed a police team under the SHO Badahara police station that conducted raid at the Neknam Tola Diara area and arrested three dreaded criminals, Ritesh Yadav, Santu Kumar and Sri Ram Bind alias Ram Chandra Bind and seized two country made pistols, one revolver, nine live cartridges and 2 kilogram of ganja from them. The DSP further said that during interrogation, the arrested miscreants confessed that they were involved in the firing at Kalauchak Sand Ghat under Koelwar police station in which two persons were killed, firing at Narayanpur and two incident of snatching at Akhgaw under Sandesh police station in Bhojpur district. The police lodged a named FIR against them under Badahara police station and sent them to jail after interrogation.
