BHOJPUR POLICE ARREST THREE MISCREANTS, RECOVERED 27 LOOTED MOBILES

Ara, 17 April 2023, (RNI): Bhojpur police, acting on a tip off, arrested three miscreants and recovered 27 looted mobiles from them. The arrested miscreants were identified as Prince Kumar Pal 19 son of Santosh Pal of Mzara village under Gadhani police station, Abdul Rashid Manjhi alias Sonu 19 son of Kamaluddin Ansari of Gadhani village under Charpokhari police station and Pramod Kumar Prasad 18 son of Veer Bahadur Prasad of Dhamaniya village under Gadhani police station. Later the police sent them to jail after interrogation.

Bhojpur SP Pramod Kumar Yadav said that at least three armed miscreants had snatched a mobile from a lady passenger when a passenger train reached at Gadhani railway station at pistol point on April 15, 2013 and the woman lodged an FIR in this regard. After institution of FIR the SP formed a police team under the ASP Chandra Prakash. The police team following scientific research, arrested Prince Kumar Pal who named his associates and also revealed modus operandi. On his revelation, the police arrested Abdul Rashid Manjhi alias Sonu and Pramod Kumar Prasad. The police also recovered 27 looted mobiles from their possession.
