BHOJPUR POLICE ARREST THREE MISCREANTS, SEIZED FIREARMS

ARA---------------------------Bhojpur police arrested three miscreants including the shooter and seized two country made pistols and two live cartridges used in the murder in connection with murder of a three-wheeler driver at Bhaluhipur Akhada locality under Ara town police station on Thursday last. The arrested miscreants were identified as Vivek Yadav of Bhaluhipur locality under Ara town police station, Rakesh Kumar and Lalan Bind of Daulatpur under Ara Muffassil police station. Later the police sent them to jail after interrogation. Vivek Yadav is the main shooter and after the murder and gave the pistol to Rakesh Kumar and Lalan Bind and had fled away. Vivek Yadav was arrested from the in-laws house of his sister at Maner while Lalan Bind and Rakesh Kumar were arrested from their houses. On the revelation of Lalan Bind and Rakesh Kumar, the police recovered two country made pistols and two live cartridges from a bush near Daulatpur village.

Bhojpur SP Mister Raj said that Golu Yadav son of Vakil Yadav of Bhaluhipur locality under Ara town police station was shot dead when he was going to a cattle fare to purchase cow on Thursday last. A named FIR was lodged with the police under Ara town police station in this regard on the statement of Vakil Yadav. After institution of FIR, the police arrested Vivek Yadav, Rakesh Kumar and Lalan Bind. The police had already arrested a miscreant in this regard. The SP said that Vivek Yadav has shot death Golu Kumar and the police are conducting raids to arrest other miscreants in this regard.
